We're Officially Two Months Closer!

Today is our two month LID-versary. We have officially been logged into China's system for two months and are that much closer to our sweet baby. The wait lengthens each month....when we will ever get our baby? At least they have FINALLY made it into November 2005 with referrals. I will feel better when they make it to 2006! One of my cyber friends, A, is leaving in 5 days to get her precious baby. When an abandoned baby is found in China, and they are placed in an orphanage, the officials place what is called a "finding ad" giving the birth parents one last opportunity to re-claim their child. These findin ads are in the local paper. A. was able to get the finding ad for her baby. This picture represents only HALF the page of abandoned babies in this day's paper. Sobering. Heartbreaking. Unbelievable.
