Referral Rumors

Well, a couple of weeks ago the rumor train got my hopes up. Word on the street was that the CCAA was going to get well into November 2005 on this batch. I was optimistically thinking maybe they would reach around the 20th or so. However, rumors of late seem to be pointing at a cut-off date of 7 November 2005. Another measly 6 days. Great---only 85 months til our referral. Hmmmm....at least R. will be about retired by then! Ha ha. Read this article from Rumor Queen to understand a little about quotas and allotments. It is very depressing. Please continue to pray for a change. I know it can happen. These babies need families and these families need babies!!! The thought of babies spending their childhoods in an institution while families desperately wait and want is just too sad to think about.
